October 3, 2026Checkups and screenings by ageCorrected the vaccine guidance. We had said CDC wants every adult up to date on COVID-19 vaccines. CDC's own pages now disagree: its COVID-19 page says the shot is an individual decision, while its adult schedule, current under a March 16, 2026 court order, lists it for all adults. The lesson now says to ask a doctor, nurse or pharmacist about COVID-19, keeps the yearly flu shot and the tetanus booster every 10 years, and cites both CDC pages.
